We installed mechanically fastened single ply metal roofing and singly ply roofing and waterproofed the entire roof.
We installed 24 ANSI-SPRI coping and completed various repairs to their single-ply and metal roofs.
At the O'Connell Center, we completed a tear-off five stories above ground, which included three inches of ballistic rock down to a concrete deck. We then installed a new three-inch Polyiso insulation and mechanically attached 60-mil TPO with a 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty and new ANSI-SPRI coping.
We installed 60-mil mechanically attached TPO over 1/2 inch secure rock with a 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty. The metal used is 24 gauge from Metal Sales with a vertical seam of 18 inches wide and with 22 gauge seamless gutters.
We completed a tear-off before installing an EPS 1/4 inch taper system, new 60-mil GAF mechanically attached single-ply, 60-mil siding on the mechanical room, and 24 gauge PBR panel.
At the Sylvester Cafe, we tore off a built-up roof and installed new TPO with taper crickets and clad metal on the edge with a 15-year no-dollar-limit warranty.
We tore off old asbestos and installed a 1/4 inch taper EPS insulation system up to 20 inches thick, 1/2 inch secure rock, mechanically attached 60-mil PVC with a 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty, 22 gauge with structural steel downspouts, 24 gauge fascia, and ANSI-SPI coping.
We tore off old asbestos down to the concrete deck, and then installed GAF tapered insulation with OlyBond 500 adhesives, a new 1/4 inch DensDeck, and fully adhered TPO with a 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty.
We installed new 60-mil TPO over smooth surface built-up roofing, new 24 gauge ANSI-SPI coping, and new skylights with burglar bars. Tri Counties 525 has a 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty.
Here, we tore off the old single-ply roof and installed new 60-mil TPO with a 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty. We also installed new skylights with burglar bars and new 24 gauge ANSI-SPRI coping.
We installed GenFlex 80-mil PVC mechanically attached and a 24 gauge metal roof with 16 inch batten and pan standing seams. The job was done in 2000 but filmed in 2018. They have a 15-year no-dollar-limit warranty.
Here, we installed Sarnafil G 410 Feltback, varying between tan and white, with added decor and a 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty. We added â…ž inch corrugated metal siding. All gutter, ANSI-SPI coping, and 24 gauge fascia metal is galvanized. We finished with 50-year Malarkey shingles in Ecoasis. It was an overall $750,000 contract.
Here, we installed a single-ply Sika Sarnafil 60-mil mechanically attached PVC with 24 gauge coping, LASTOBOND peel and stick underlayment, and an AEP Box Rib metal roofing with associated siding and flashing.
We installed two layers of two inch Polyiso insulation, a Metal Sales peel and stick underlayment, and 24 gauge, 18 inches wide, 1 ¾ inch standing seaming metal roof with panels up to 100 feet long. We also installed a 24 gauge commercial gutter with three inch structural steel downspouts.
We used mechanically attached single-ply TPO over ¼ inch secure rock with a 20 year labor-and-materials warranty and a new Kynar 24 gauge with ANSI Clete. In total, this project was 120,000 square feet.
Corning’s Maywood Middle School called for removal of the existing hail damaged, twenty-year-old PVC roof. We applied a new 60-mil PVC roof with a 20 year labor-and-materials warranty.
We tore off an EPDM roof, replaced damaged and wet insulation, and installed a mechanically attached 60-mil PVC roof with walk pads under a 20 year labor-and-materials warranty.
We removed the existing built-up roof and tile mansard. We installed a new ½ inch secure rock under a mechanically attached 60-mil PVC with a 20 year labor-and-materials warranty. This was a 17,500 square foot project and we used Kynar 24 gauge with ANSI Clete.
We roofed the Sheraton Hotel by the Sundial Bridge in 2017. It has a single-ply TPO roof of 45,000 square feet.
We worked on Redding’s Woodlands Apartments on Ellis Street in 2016 and 2017. This job consisted of 55,000 square feet of composition roofing. We installed about a mile of gutters, which was no problem given our extensive gutter experience and equipment.
We completed a total reroof of all eleven buildings at Junction Elementary. It was a 70,000 square foot job, which we completed in under a month.
Shasta Community Health Center contracted Harbert Roofing throughout 2015 and 2016 to complete their single-ply roof of 15,000 square feet along with 12,000 square feet of metal siding.
AT&T in Redding, CA, contracted Harbert Roofing in 2015 and 2016 to complete 4,000 square feet of standing seam metal roofing.
We installed 7,000 square feet of single-ply and 2,000 squares of metal siding, amounting to a contract of $175,000.
We roofed these office building, consisting of single ply and RHEINZINK rain screen metal panels. The contract totaled to $310,000.
We were involved with Bella Vista Elementary School’s gymnasium and office building modernization. We installed a metal roof, fabricated commercial gutters, metal fascia, and more.
Members 1st Credit Union in Redding, CA, was completed in 2009. We tore off their existing clay tile roof before installing a Klip-Rib metal roof of 1,750 square feet.
